The D71F manual clamp butterfly valve consists of a rubber sealed butterfly valve and a ductile iron, carbon steel or stainless steel valve plate and stem. Temperature ≤ 80-120 ℃, suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including vapors) in various types of industrial pipelines, especially in the use of highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine gas, strong alkali, aqua regia, etc.

(1) During installation, the valve disc should be stopped in the closed position.
(2) The opening position should be determined according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.
(3) Butterfly valves with bypass valves should be opened before opening.
(4) The installation should be carried out according to the manufacturer's installation instructions. For heavy butterfly valves, a solid foundation should be set up.
